Key Command not Working Empty Key Command not Working

The Midi Commands from your template work fine.
And I can add Key Commands to the Buttons without problem (it reads all commands from cubase and midi configuration is fine too)
But when i click the button, nothing happens in cubase. 
what do I do wrong?
as i said, the buttons from your template work fine (generic remote)
Cubase 10
Macbook High Sierra
