Banks and track change buttons not working

Hi, yesterday I've bought the Cubase Midi Controller for Stream Deck. Almost everything works fine, except  for the four buttons to switch track and banks, they're not working. Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your support.

I get the impression that you have purchased some preconfigured package based on my (free) plugin. If so, I recommend you to contact their support since I don't know what package you have and how they have implemented the buttons.
