I can't set Midi ports in Mackie Control

Hi! When i select the port in the "Midi Out Port" or in "Midi In Port", it doesn't select the ports, it continues showing "No MIDI Output".
I believe i configured everything else correctly in MidiLoop and Reaper.

Which button/dial are you using?
Never mind, I see it.

Please set the ports using the Global Settings action instead. That one works.
