Scripted dial alpha

This version should fix the latest reported issues.

Confirmed that version 3.11.0.473 fixes the last issues I reported.

I have configured recently four scripted dials that send and receive pitchbend values for controlling four faders in Totalmix.

Previously I controlled these four faders using the Mackie Control dial, always without issues.

What I am experiencing with the scripted dial sending and receiving pitchbend values is that sometimes rare behaviours happen, like:

- I rotate the dial to the right and the totalmix fader goes down
- I rotate the dial to the left or right and the totalmix fader is moved directly to the bottom
- I rotate the dial and the totalmix fader is frozen, it's stuck

These issues happens randomly, so it's not easy to reproduce.

Anyway, I have saved four log files and I have sent them to your email, with the script file I am using and editor screenshots.

The issues happen at the end of every log file. In other words, I have been moving the dials until some issue has happened. Then I have saved every log file.
