Cubase/Nuendo icons available for installation in Icon Library

Stream Deck V5 adds an "Icon Library" for easier selection of icons.
The icons bundled with the Cubase and Nuendo plugins are now packaged as "Icon Packs" that can be installed in the Icon Library. The icon packs include the same icons that are already present in the plugin folder, but installation in the Icon Library makes them easier to access.
