Marketplace - new process?

Something has changed since I last needed to get the MIDI plugin ... Now I'm directed to Elgato Marketplace and I login, and I can find the MIDI plugin - but when I try to "Open in Streamdeck" nothing happens.

I will try to contact Elgato to see if they know what to do?

Is this the only way to get the plugin?

I sometimes experience that I, for some reason, need to do "Open in Streamdeck" multiple times. I don't know why; it is purely a Marketplace/Elgato problem since it happens before the plugin is installed.

I think you need to contact Elgato for more information.
