Mackie Fader Last Step
Mackie Fader sends/receives pitch bend values for channel 1 to channel 8 (values 0-16383).
The range of values for Mackie faders in the Midi plugin are 0 to 127.
It seems that the conversion from 0 to 127 is not accurate at the last step.
When the fader arrives to 127, the pitch bend sends a value of 16256 instead of 16383.
So the maximum value of 16383 is never sent from a mackie dial.

Re: Mackie Fader Last Step
You are correct. I could do the conversion better.
You can, though, set the max value to 16383 for the dial, in which case it will send the whole range without conversion.

Re: Mackie Fader Last Step
If I set the max value to 16383, the rotation of dial doesn't work.
Hovering the max value with the mouse cursor, a pop-up message is shown.
The message says "The value must be less or equal to 127" (in spanish).
The main problem I am facing is that I use the faders for setting the panorama in Cubase tracks, pressing the FLIP button. So I can set the panorama to R99 but never to R100 (R) because the value of 16383 is not sent.

Re: Mackie Fader Last Step
Technically, the fader works with that setting, but it is unusably slow.
It should be fixed in this version. Use 127 as max value.

Re: Mackie Fader Last Step
Thanks!
Now the midi value 127 sends the pitch bend value 16383, it's fixed.
I have set the maximum value to 16383, and the step to 64. It works perfectly with this configuration for panorama.
I will use values 0 to 127 for volume and 0 to 16383 for panorama.
Thanks again!!
