Mackie Fader just "send touch"

Hi,

as I am using several single Mackie Faders just as VU-Meters, it would be nice being able to disable the "Fader direction: up/down" and only use the "Send Touch" as an extra functionality.

In fact: "send touch" without changing the volume.

Interesting use.

I could make a change to have the fader value sending suppressed if the fader speed is set to the absolute minimum. It would be a potential breaking change, though, so I need to see if I can handle that in some way.
