Hi,

I opened Stream Deck and I got a message that the MIDI plugin was updated to 3.5.3

On the website I see 3.9.2 is available.

I'm very happy with my current stable setup. Should I upgrade to 3.9.2?

If it weren't for the fact that you obviously got that message, I would say it is impossible.  Shocked

That message is downloaded from my website, and the existing current message on the website is about version 3.7.1. How your plugin could find some other message is a total mystery.

What version are you using?

MIDI plugin: 3.5.3

Stream Deck: 6.6.0 (20583)

I can't get the popup back. It also showed a warning for some issues with IOS.

Version 3.5.3 was released 6 months ago; you seem to have disabled the auto-update of the plugin.  The current version on Marketplace is 3.9.2.2, but I have sent version 3.10 to Elgato for publishing.

I suggest you update to the latest version available on Marketplace (or wait for version 3.10), but please make a backup of your profiles before the update.

The message popup will only occur once; I don't want to spam you if you decide not to update. Smile
I don't know what you mean by "issues with IOS."  The plugin doesn't work with IOS, and there are no messages about this.

I think a lot have changed. Went to the marketplace and I had to create an account. So maybe that's why it didn't update. Lets see from here.

An error occured while installing "Midi"

(within Stream Deck)

I don't know if it's the switch to Marketplace that is causing you problems; I haven't heard of such problems before.

If you haven't done so, please try to quit and restart the Stream Deck software and then make a new attempt to update the plugins.

If all plugin updates fail, you may need to contact Elgato support.
