STUDIO ONE TO VEGAS SYNC script

Kindly provided by the admin.
Will retrieve the upcoming timecode from Studio One (caution : 30FPS at project/song ruler settings for both programs required to get the right values adressed to the plugin)
When the button is pressed in Vegas, will directly set the right timecode for the playhead.
