Title at the top

Let's say we have this configuration:
- Title of 10 characters at the top
- Left screen tap action configured, but without icons to show
- Right screen tap action configured, but without icons to show
Result: the Title takes the room of the whole space of the dial screen

If we change this configuration enabling the icons to show at the right screen tap action, the Title takes the room of the middle of the dial screen, as left icons were also enabled.

In the first betas of 3,10, enabling icons of only the right side aligns the Title from the beginning of the dial screen, what allows bigger characters.

The issue happens in Mackie Fader and V-Pot, and Generic Midi Fader and V-Pot dials.

Beta 3.9.3.2 shows the Title like this with this configuration:



But release 3.10.0.2 shows the Title like this:

I didn't like the off-center look, so I changed to the two-icon design even when just one icon was displayed.

It's a matter of taste which one you prefer, I guess.

I think it would be better for users to have the off-center look, because then users can choose:

- Center the Title enabling show an invisible icon
- Not center the Title and get bigger characters

The trick of using invisible icons is very useful, maybe you could add this info in the website also.
