Version 2.2.0 released

Changes:

• The Control Change action now has a V-pot button type.
  
• Changes to the Mackie Control action:
  
  
  
  • It now has an alternate selection of button graphics (same as the CC action, a modification required by the higher resolution in the CC action).
    
  • The Scrub wheel button is fixed.
    
  • It now handles the case where the daw sends a Note Off message (instead of the expected Note On with velocity 0) to switch a button off.
    
  
  
  

Version 2.2.0.1 include a bug fix for the Control Change Push button that in 2.2.0 stopped reacting to incoming midi commands.
