note on/off ~delay~

Hello, this is a great product, which can almost replace professional MIDI controllers, but I have a small problem in using it. When using MIDI: note on/off, pressing the button to trigger the first Note(tone) is perfect , But pressing the button again, the sound has a very obvious delay, any musician should be able to recognize (about one second can only play two notes without delay) (I think basically a product that can be used, at least It needs to be able to play four notes in one second to play the quartet technique) I don’t know if it is a product limitation, or if the program update can be improved in the future, ~~~thank All again
(The equipment I use is i9-CPU 64G RAM, window10, cubase10, NUENDO,loopMIDI,STREAM DECK XL)

Hi,

Every time I press the button I have about 0.1ms delay between the key press and the sending of the Note On message.

Please enable extended logging, press the button two times (and verify that you get that problem) and send me the log file (or the content pasted to the response).

Hi,

According to the very short snippet of the log you sent, a Note On message is sent about 0.01ms after every key press. So Stream Deck and the plugin do exactly what they are supposed to do - send a message immediately when you press a button. If there is a delay somewhere, it's not in the plugin...

Thank you very much for your reply, maybe it is the problem of virtual MIDI in LOOP MIDI. I will be testing to see other solutions. If I find a solution, I will come back and share the results. Thank you again for your help. Very Happy
