Streamdeck+ Dial Labels when not being adjusted

Simple and brief suggestion:
Allow dials to be labeled with a name, dropdown menu to show either the label, the value, the name and value, or only the name unless the dial is actively being adjusted, in which case the value is displayed while adjusting and for 5 seconds after adjusting before returning to the name.

As a side note/feedback for V3.0, it's worth noting that there is plenty of room for a label on the "Horizontal bar" display mode for both a value and a label, it makes sense to have the default display for Horizontal bar read from top-to-bottom as Label, Value, bar graphic.
