Keycommands Nuendo stop working after a while

Hi,

your plug-in worked very well. But after I was done with setting all up and start working it hangs up completely Nuendo stopped working probably and I had huge problems with my typing keyboard it messed up an didn’t even work under Windows anymore. Any suggestions? Would be much appreciated.

for whatever reason some key comands in nuendo 11 mac os catalina do not work for me. plugin log says:

it looks like that some midi in/out ports are not working...but other key commands in Nuendo, which i programmed weeks ago are still working...???
please, can you help me?

Key commands do not use Midi, so those warnings have nothing to do with your problem with key commands.

Sorry, I should have told you to enable extended logging; otherwise, the log file doesn't say very much.

Please follow the procedure on this page to enable extended logging, and then send me the new log file.

Everything looks OK in that log. But I see that you are on a Mac with a German keyboard, which makes me wonder if it's a "localized key" problem.

I have not found out how to handle non-US keyboards on a Mac, so, unfortunately, only keys with the same physical location as on a US keyboard will work. I have tried, really hard, to find this information, but have not yet succeeded.

Can this be the case for you? Are the commands that don't work assigned to keys that are not present (at the same location) on a US keyboard?
