Malwarebytes backdoor.quasar report

Today (Nov 13), I have got reports from Malwarebytes users that Malwarebytes is reporting the Cubase plugin to be infected by the backdoor.quasar ransomware.

The plugin was scanned by me (using Eset Internet Security) and Elgato (I don't know what virus scanner they use) before being released, and the plugin has passed both those scans without problems. I have re-scanned the files today using the latest scanning engine, and it still claims the plugin to be virus-free.

I would say that the Malwarebytes report is a false positive. If you are in doubt, I recommend uninstalling the plugin and then reinstalling it.
